BUYING A RESALE MOBILE HOME

The buying of a resale mobile home process is straightforward. First, choose from the homes on sale on our website which homes you would like to view on a visit.

If a home ticks all the boxes during your visit, you can then make the seller an offer.

If the seller agrees to the offer, the next step is to secure it for 14 days with a 200€ payment.

This payment is then used to arrange for a "Sales Agreement by Private Arrangement (SAPA)" drawn up between the buyers and the sellers. The payment also stops the seller from accepting a higher offer.

The next stage (within 14 days) is to pay £2200.00 into a "Client Account" as part of the 10% deposit where it stays until the sale completes. This activates the SAPA contract, and once signed by everyone, the balance of the 10% deposit is then paid to the vendor.

On the completion date, we take possession of the home. At that stage, you make the final payment to the seller. Once the final payment clears, the home is yours, and the park licence is automatically transferred.
