Assuming you have received the automatic request confirmation we will now make all the arrangements and let you know your confirmed viewing date and time via a second e-mail.
What you will get with your virtual viewing.
First you will be invited to the virtual viewing by either Steve or Martin. They are our viewing coordinators. After introductions John Little will start the virtual viewing from outside the home you wish to view.
Steve or Martin will conduct the viewing as per your predetermined requirements by telling John what to show you next.
During the viewing you can ask questions and also stop John or move John as you wish. You will be able to see inside any park home or mobile home that is listed for sale and sited on Park La Posada.
Once things get back to normal we will make virtual viewings available for all newsletter subscribers. Once a home you like has been seen online it will then require a real park visit. No sale can be conducted using a virtual visit only.
