Welcome to Park La Posada, a residential retirement park near Malaga on the Costa del Sol.
We offer residents first-class facilities and support. The reception is the most important facility. Bilingual staff look after everything Spanish for the residents. In the park, everyone speaks English.
The swimming pool complex comes with sun beds and sun shades and is for the exclusive use of residents. There is also a four-lane competition bowls green in the park. Residents have formed their own bowls club.
The community centre also acts as a poolside bar and restaurant. Most of the time, residents can enjoy eating outside overlooking the pool. Evening social events are organised by the residents themselves, with support from the park.
For gentle exercise, the park also offers an open-air gym. Outside the park, there are plenty of walks for keeping fit or exercising the dog. All the homes in the park have 200-square-meter landscaped plots.
The park is maintained to the highest standards, including all the hedges around the homes.
Park La Posada is designed to feel very spacious. Roads, pavements and lighting are complemented with fruit trees.
We also provide gated security, with residents having remote-controlled access to the park.
