La Posada Park brochure
The park is a residential retirement park in the village of Alameda not far from the city of Malaga on the Costa del Sol. Malaga is the nearest Airport. The nearest big town is Antequera which has everything from hypermarkets to tapas bars. It also has a bus station, train station and a modern hospital.
Opened in 2004 Park La Posada has gone on to be a top retirement location here in Spain. With 150 homes in the park, there is a vibrant residential community with one aim in life and that is to enjoy themselves.

The park offers support and facilities. It all begins at the reception. Here you will find bi-lingual staff and your very own post box. It is never a problem not speaking any Spanish. In the park, everyone speaks English.
Better still Maria is on hand to assist new residents with all the paperwork that is required to
become a resident in Spain. This service is free, you only pay the registration fees. Her translation
service can be booked any time afterwards as well.

The quality of the park is there to be seen the moment you arrive on a visit. Maintaining the quality ensures the park is always the number one residential park to visit in the province of Malaga. The park has a team of gardeners, handymen and specialists such as carpenters and plumbers working in the park every day.
The facilities include a swimming pool, community centre with bar and restaurant, 4 lane outdoor bowls green, an open-air gym, and 24-hour security. Residents have formed their own bowls club, fishing club, golf society (Antequera golf club is quite close) and radio station. You can listen to the radio station online, search for PosadaFM.

It is the residents themselves that makes La Posada park so special. Residents are the ones who welcome visitors to the park and show them around. We call them our park ambassadors. Being shown around the park by a resident means you can ask all the questions you have knowing the answer comes from someone who has bought the tee-shirt.
All residents live in the park because they bought a mobile or park home in the park. Some bought new and some bought resale. Either way, they bought into a wonderful park home lifestyle. In the park, we have a few resale homes on offer and every now and again a plot for a new park home.
Every home comes with a two hundred metre landscaped plot. When visiting the park just let us know if you want to see any particular home. Homes for sale are advertised on www.costadifference.com.
